Exceptions

- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will verify the order details and, if confirmed, will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
